Questions and Answers

1. How do I book my wedding florals?

To secure your date, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit. The final payment is due four weeks prior to your wedding.

2. Are there additional delivery and setup fees?

Yes, our delivery fees start at $350 per location. For more complicated setups and breakdowns, additional fees of 20-25% may apply. A late pickup fee will also be charged for pickups after 10 PM.

3. What happens to rental items after the wedding?

If your wedding includes a breakdown service at the end of the evening, any flowers not collected by the client will be discarded unless prior arrangements are made. Guests are welcome to take home flowers, but any containers or items designated as rentals must be returned. Broken or unreturned rental items will be billed at their replacement cost.

4. What if the flowers I want are unavailable?

Flowers are subject to seasonal and shipping availability. We source premium blooms from reliable growers, but in cases of unavailability, substitutions may be made in line with your vision. While we work hard to fulfill your exact requests, shape and size may vary. We reserve the right to make substitutions for flowers that are not of the appropriate quality.

5. Can I make changes to my floral design?

Yes, you can request changes to your floral design up to 90 days before your wedding. After this point, no changes will be accepted. Reductions to your floral design contract are limited to 10% of the total floral and decor budget and must still meet our agreed-upon minimum. All changes must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.

6. What happens if I need to reschedule my wedding?

Rescheduling your wedding is considered canceling. If you reschedule less than 30 days before your wedding, no refund will be provided. If you reschedule more than 30 days before your date, there will be a $350 rescheduling fee, and your floral pricing will adjust to current market rates. In the case of a hurricane, pandemic, or similar event, we will work with you to determine feasibility. If rescheduled to a date more than seven days from the original, a floral replacement fee of 40% will apply.

7. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made in writing or via email. If you cancel before the final payment is due (30 days prior to your wedding), you will receive a refund of payments made, less the 30% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding date are non-refundable.
